Raised on the East End of Long Island, Richard brings deep, lived knowledge of the Hamptons to every client relationship—pairing local insight with a global reach. With 18 years in the business, he's known for steady guidance, discretion, and hands-on representation from first showing to final signature.

A SUNY Plattsburgh graduate, Richard worked for the New York Jets before launching his real estate career and earning Rookie of the Year in the Hamptons in 2008. Over the last two decades, he has built a high-performing business grounded in market fluency and a genuine commitment to service.

Richard has been recognized in the Chairman's Platinum and Gold Circles and ranked Top 10 in production across Douglas Elliman's Long Island, Hamptons, and Westchester region in 2012 and 2013. He consistently delivers $20–$30M in annual sales, with standout years of $67M in 2020 and $72M in 2021, and has sold more than 250 homes and has been involved in over 350 transactions.

He lives in Southampton Cove with his wife and three children; when he's not working, he's usually on the golf course or out fishing with friends. Next, Richard will be joining forces with The Vince Horcasitas Team to collaborate and expand their business across the Hamptons.
