Charlotte's love for the Hamptons began with carefree Montauk summers and early work at Gosman's Dock, eventually inspiring her to settle here in 1986. She and her husband Bruce, spent 27 years building Amagansett's iconic Stuart's Seafood Market into a beloved East End institution, all while raising their son, Dante—a proud graduate of the East Hampton schools and currently a senior at Brandeis University.

Today, Charlotte brings the same passion and local insight to her work in real estate, paired with Saunders' industry-leading marketing to deliver results with authenticity and impact. Charlotte is a true resource on all things Hamptons, with firsthand experience as an owner, renter, investor, and now builder. She's been in her clients' shoes and understands their priorities—because she's lived them herself.

Charlotte's passion for wellness and community runs deep. A certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, she's known for her positive energy and active involvement across the East End, serving on multiple nonprofit boards and local organizations, including the Jewish Center of the Hamptons, East Hampton Education Foundation, LVIS, Ellen's Run, and Level Playing Field Foundation.

Outside of real estate, you'll find her cycling, practicing yoga, hiking local trails, walking the beach, reading with one of her three book clubs, catching a show at Guild Hall, as well as cooking for family and friends. She also manages the busy social calendar of Cody, the family's spirited German shepherd.
