Lori has been a Godsend for me in terms of renting my house every summer. Year on year she is so discerning about finding me the RIGHT renter, rather than just finding anyone. She really loves my home, and she makes sure I know that she will only allow me to rent it to reliable people. I am always stressed about renting my house in the first place, since it's really my full-time residence and it Involves a lot of work for me to move out for the month; but Lori takes the stress right out of it. She vets tenants really well, fights like hell to get me my full asking price, and I always have a contract signed and money wired to me inside of 48 hours of her identifying the right tenant. I am happy to say that through this annual summer experience, Lori has also become a dear friend! I can't recommend Lori highly enough to anyone seeking to buy, sell, or rent a home in the Hamptons. I am so lucky to have her in my comer and you will be too!
