Deniz has been a dedicated professional in Hamptons real estate for the past four years. A natural-born salesperson, his career in sales began while attending Stony Brook University, where he worked at State Farm Insurance and quickly became a top-producing agent in his office.

His transition into real estate was both organic and well-timed. While working as a waiter at Le Charlot in Southampton at just 21 years old, Deniz's strong work ethic and commitment to customer service caught the attention of a local real estate recruiter. He accepted the opportunity and hit the ground running—earning the trust of buyers, sellers, and colleagues in his first year.

Deniz is known for going the extra mile for his clients. Always accessible by phone and fully invested in their success, he brings energy, attentiveness, and insight to every transaction. Early in his career, he closed nearly $1 million in Hamptons rental deals and continues to build on that momentum.

While Deniz often says that real estate is his true passion and favorite hobby, he also enjoys playing volleyball and tennis, and exploring new restaurants throughout the East End.
