Nicholas Hemby was born and raised in the Hamptons, specifically in Bridgehampton. After graduating from Bridgehampton High School, Nicholas attended Morrisville College where he studied Landscape Architecture.

Upon returning home, Nicholas became an entrepreneur and started a food truck business, a concierge service, and a home energy rating service. In addition to his ventures, he joined the Bridgehampton Fire Department, where he has been a member for 25 years and is currently serving as the Chief.

Nicholas developed an interest in real estate after receiving advice from a friend who noticed his extensive knowledge of home construction. He obtained his real estate license and started working with Saunders & Associates, where he is now working directly with the top real estate agent, Ed Gaetjens, in the Bridgehampton office.
