After years spent working, coaching, and socializing in the Hamptons, Kathleen has begun her career in real estate in 2022 with Saunders & Associates as a sales agent.

Born in England and raised in Montego Bay, Jamaica, Kathleen began playing tennis at seven years old, coached by Paul Rose of the Montego Bay Racquet Club and Davis Cup player Richard Russell.

She competed in junior tournaments throughout the Caribbean and received a full tennis scholarship to numerous colleges in the United States. Ultimately, she selected Lincoln University in Jefferson City, MO, where her teammate and doubles partner played. While earning her bachelor's degree in Sport Science and Psychology she played #1 doubles and #1 singles.
After graduation, Kathleen became a sales agent and teaching professional at the Roosevelt Island Racquet Club. In 2002 she was offered a teaching position at the very prestigious Membership Club TennisPort in Long Island City under the direction of hall of fame tennis player Freddie Botur. Kathleen has received numerous awards and tournament invitations, including the USTA 5.0, Ultimate League, and the coveted Sears Cup. Over the last 20 years Kathleen has been a consistent part of the Hamptons and NYC tennis communities, working as a private instructor.

Kathleen's on-court tenacity and drive, coupled with her passion and knowledge for the Hamptons, make her an excellent teammate for buyers and sellers alike.
