Jessica specializes in the purchase and sale of development property and the construction of new builds and renovations, as well as hospitality related real estate purchases. While practicing as an attorney, Jessica represented clients in the legal industry in a wide range of complex commercial disputes and government contracts matters spanning the real estate and construction, financial and consulting industries. Her prior experience included litigation and consultation for real estate associations, commercial landlords and government parties in leasing and landlord-tenant matters, as well as litigation on behalf of homeowners in construction and development disputes. Prior to joining Saunders, Jessica founded a real estate investment and development company in Hampton Bays, East Landing Development, Inc., that prioritizes sustainable development practices, building strong and diverse relationships and executing quality in their projects. A current project is the historic renovation of 11 Shinnecock Road in Hampton Bays. Jessica has her Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and is an active member of the New York City Bar Association. Prior to law school, Jessica obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminal Justice and minor in Psychology from the University at Albany.
