Charles (Chuck) Forthofer entered the real estate business in 2003, working for Allan M. Schneider & Associates. He later joined Corcoran's Bridgehampton office. Prior to real estate his airline career took Charles around the world, and also enabled him to develop his ability to work with people, a skill that's important to his success in real estate.

Charles works with buyers and sellers of property primarily in Southampton, Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor and East Hampton. His clients and customers find him to be personable, honest and hardworking. Willing to go the extra mile, he takes the time to work patiently and persistently to resolve any issues that arise during transactions.

Outside the office Charles enjoys tennis and skiing. In summer he goes kayaking daily, in the quiet waters of the bay. It's utterly peaceful on the water, he says; there is no sound but nature - it is a balm for the stresses of the day. Batteries recharged, Charles is ready to provide superior service to his customers and clients, helping buyers find their perfect Hamptons home and sellers find the ideal buyer for their property.
