Merrill Indoe hails from a real estate development family with investment properties in the Hamptons, Palm Beach, and New Jersey. She is well versed in the process of selecting prime real estate, building, and fashioning a home to suit the market demand. She has a keen eye for what the buyers are looking for and understanding of how to position the seller's property to meet these requirements. Merrill has lived in Bridgehampton for over 20 years and has an intimate knowledge of the landscape.

Best known as a chef and farmer, Merrill and her husband Peter previously owned the restaurant Dish in Water Mill and now their namesake food truck. Her culinary aptitude and meticulously crafted menus are praised for their unique and delicious pairings. True to her process and in the spirit of farm to table, Merrill also works at Pike Farm in Sagaponack. Merrill is a lover of the outdoors, enjoys a good game of tennis or golf, paddle boarding, and can often be seen running around town with her beloved golden retriever and black Labrador.
