Andrew spent more than two decades in Investment Banking, leading dynamic teams that specialize in financing, structured solutions and risk management. A career transition to real estate was a natural segue for Andrew given his extensive investment experience in domestic and international real estate, his expertise across all scales of residential development, and his meticulous focus on the sales process and driving results.

Andrew has been intrigued by property since childhood, and he is deeply passionate about all aspects of the property market, particularly construction management, property management and advising clients on property acquisition or disposal. He understands the need for confidentiality, sound advice, and reliable counsel. Through his dedicated use of digital marketing, superior communication and negotiation skills, and expansive community connections, he is an indispensable asset to guide clients through the deal-making process.

Andrew is also Founder and CEO of Pure Property Group, an integrated property services firm that delivers the full spectrum of property services, not just Real Estate Sales and Leasing. A native Australian, Andrew moved to New York fifteen years ago and resides in Bridgehampton with his wife and two children. When not assisting clients in their property journey he enjoys golf, tennis and spending time with family and friends.
