An East End resident for 26 years, Kristin is well known to many in the Hamptons as the face of Bobby Van's in Bridgehampton. She is also an accomplished and successful real estate agent, joining Saunders & Associates' Bridgehampton office after having been associated with Douglas Elliman for 13 years. Kristin works tirelessly on behalf of her buyers, sellers and renters of Hamptons real estate, and is known for her intuitive ability to discern what her clients truly want in a home. The innumerable connections Kristin has made spanning decades in the restaurant business have been invaluable to her success in the Hamptons real estate market.

Kristin raised her three sons in East Quogue. She brings her love of community to her real estate practice, assisting clients from Westhampton to Montauk.
