Marcela was born and raised in the Hamptons. Her father and his business partner had a thriving construction business, Black Dog Builders, mainly focused on new constructions out East in Montauk. Her father is passing on much of his knowledge and experience to Marcela, and they are working together on a renovation project. Marcela is bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish. After graduating from high school Marcela remained in Palm Beach County, Florida. She pursued an associates degree with a focus in business. She was given the opportunity to travel, and over the years embraced change and held various positions in retail management, nannying and serving as an accident investigator for a law firm, but she always knew she was going to follow her father's steps in becoming an entrepreneur. All of her varied work experience was highly focused in customer relations and services, which she brings to her real estate practice. After spending summers in the Hamptons and winters in more southern climes, Marcela made the decision to return to her roots on the East End and work alongside her father. She brings her knowledge of construction and experience in customer service to her real estate customers and clients.
