After an interview process speaking with other real estate professionals, we chose Linda Kabot and Bob Tomich and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice and their results - from their knowledge of the market, to the thoroughness of their approach to the guidance they gave us. The sale of our property was complicated by several factors including potential subdivision options and our desire to sell to Southampton Town for open space preservation even though there was a pre-existing house on the 4.7 acre site assemblage that needed to be torn down for the property to be considered as a land sale. In addition, there were the added challenges of our own physical location first in Vermont and then later relocating to the UK, and restrictions during COVID-19 over the more lengthy on-market timeframe and the in-contract period involved.
