David has been a practicing real estate agent for 20 years. He has the experience and knowledge necessary to bring any
transaction to a successful conclusion. Having been involved in hundreds of transactions, there are few situations that David has not experienced first hand. In such a diverse area where seldom two houses are alike, each situation can present a different set of challenges to get to the closing table. With a knowledge on the ever changing town codes, wetlandand clearing restrictions, construction details, pre-existing and nonconforming conditions to name a few, David successfully helps navigate this labyrinth.

Seasoned as both a listing agent and a buyers agent, David prides himself on his negotiating skills as well as enjoying a positive working relationship with his fellow real estate colleagues. David loves living in East Hampton. He is an avid tennis player, practices yoga, and is a supporter of many environmental and local businesses. His greatest achievement, Ben, is enjoying his first year at the University of Miami after graduating from East Hampton high school.
