An East Hampton native and licensed real estate professional for 21 years, Lori comes from a family with multi-generation history on the East End. Part of the area's rich equestrian heritage, Lori owns a horse farm, where raised her family. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from Adelphi University she went on to earn an MA and Arts Administration Certificate from NYU. She also has studied abroad at European universities.
Lori's local roots have given her deep and extensive knowledge of the Hamptons landscapes, hamlets and villages and community, as well as its real estate. Through her broad network of connections Lori handles residential, commercial and agricultural sales. In 2015 she formed the MacGarva Team with four other successful women from the community, each with specific skills in the real estate industry.
Lori is an active member of the local community. She is a fundraiser for ARF (the Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons) and a supporter of i-tri girls and Ho' ola Na Pua. Lori can be found paddling on the water, sailing or horseback riding.
