Aaron Warkov brings to his clients at Saunders an extensive background in advertising, real estate and media, and a strong and diverse set of skills. His 30 years in advertising photography and directing commercials and other visual media for clients sharpened his visual acumen, and through his work as Senior Director of Investment Sales for large commercial real estate firms in NYC including Cushman & Wakefield and Massey Knakal Realty Services he developed his proficiency in real estate. Aaron has also renovated 8 houses, from a historic home to an industrial loft conversion and everything in between. He understands building and site usage.
Here in the Hamptons Aaron's goal is to provide the same level of client service while combining his advertising knowledge and visual sense to bring out the best in any property he represents and make it stand out amid the sea of Hamptons listings. He knows how to make a property shine, and knows how to prepare a property for the market to present a home to its best advantage. Visuals are more important than ever now – great video can introduce a property to a wide on-line audience of potential buyers. Aaron embraces new platforms, technologies and outreach to take social media marketing to a new level. Backed by the best-in-class Saunders marketing team, Aaron provides unparalleled service to home sellers and home buyers.
Community involvement and giving back are also important to Aaron. One of his projects is doing video interviews of people in the Hamptons community – business people, artisans and artists, local charities, civic leaders and more for a new website, Hamptons Today.com.
He supports local businesses and charities by providing the subjects of these videos with free video content they can use in their own marketing and branding endeavors. On his WarkovHamptons.com youtube channel, he shares video tours and walk-throughs of properties.
Outside the office Aaron enjoys surfing, windsurfing, stand-up paddle boarding, tennis, cycling, skiing and snowboarding. He resides in Sagaponack with his partner and their two ARF rescue dogs. He has two sons, both in college in NYC and Philadelphia. He supports Surfrider.org, Girl Rising, Bridgehampton Childcare Center and ARF Hamptons.
