Susan started her Real Estate career in 1998 with Allan Schneider. She worked out of the Shelter Island Office and was given a Top Producer award in 2000. She moved to The Corcoran Group upon their acquisition of Allan M. Schneider & Associates, and most recently joined Saunders & Associates' Bridgehampton office, which she feels is a very good fit for her. Susan has a background in Communications and worked for a small Business Journal in New York City. She also spent 14 years dedicating herself to teaching at the Sag Harbor Elementary School in Special Education. There she created very strong community ties. When working with a client, Susan believes in educating the client about the market trends and the area. Communication is key to making the perfect match between buyer and seller, landlord and tenant. Her ability to effectively negotiate and cement the deal is what brings her to the closing table every time. Almost all of her renters have become buyers after spending one season in the Hamptons. Susan has lived in New York City for 10 years and is also familiar with the current market in Manhattan. Susan resides in North Haven in Sag Harbor where she has raised her three sons. She loves spending time in Palm Beach in the winter, which seems like a natural progression for brokers working here in the Hamptons.

Susan is actively involved in giving back; she has volunteered at the Literacy Center of NYC, and is involved with "Itgetsbetter.com" an organization helping young people with the issue of bullying. Susan is also involved with Unicef. In her spare time, she loves to visit the 7th Arrondissement of Paris, where she can be found strolling the streets of Paris and shopping.
