Since 2005, Ed has been involved in all aspects of building and selling single-family luxury homes in the Hamptons. A graduate of Tulane University and Cardozo School of Law, Ed worked during and after law school closing loans for large banks and is fluent in the title and bank loan process. In 2017, he decided to dedicate himself full time to real estate sales and joined Saunders.
To his customers and clients, in addition to three decades of experience, Ed brings his extensive knowledge of every aspect of real estate in the Hamptons. From his years working as a developer, Ed has a deep understanding of the building department as well as a trusted network of land use professionals, architects, and contractors. He not only knows the Hamptons market, but has an acute eye for unlocking a property's potential and upside. Ed treats the needs and preferences of his customers and clients as if they were his own, to find the perfect home for each buyer and the ideal buyer for every home.
