In many cases John is able to save an older home that is structurally sound from demolition and turn it into a dream home. His in-depth construction knowledge enables him to understand the intrinsic value in older homes and successfully market and sell them, maximizing the sales price.

An East Hampton resident since 1979, John is a proud member of the local community. He and his wife have raised their family here; their son has returned after college and is now the fourth generation carrying on the family construction company. Outside the office John enjoys coaching lacrosse, fishing and surfing, traveling the world and most of all, talking about building and real estate.
