Born in Chicago and raised in New York City, even as a city girl Gina had an intense love for mountains, oceans and the outdoors. She attended Syracuse University in Florence, Italy and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont and a Master's in Secondary Education from Southampton College. Her love of surfing, mountain biking, windsurfing and scuba diving led her to purchase two cottages in Amagansett's Promised Land in 2000. She is an active member of the Town of East Hampton's Food Pantry. She works with the Town of East Hampton's Shellfish Hatchery, Surfrider Foundation and the Group for the East End helping to educate children and adults on the importance of water conservation on the East End.
Gina and her husband, Scott Bradley have lived in Springs for over 30 years and when they are not on the land working with clients helping them find their dream house, they can be spotted on the water paddling, surfing and enjoying time with their two children - Emma who is a college student in Coastal Carolina, and James Bradley who is at Altitude Golf Academy.
