Prior to Joining Saunders, John Capano worked almost 20 years as a successful investment banker in New York City specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions. John's background and extensive experience analyzing, valuing, structuring and negotiating myriad transactions translates well to the real estate market. John's tenacity, attention to detail and work ethic make him invaluable to clients and customers alike. A strong penchant for real estate combined with his love and knowledge of the Hamptons make him an effective agent to work with. John received his MBA in Finance with Honors from Columbia Business School and his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame where he played four years of varsity lacrosse.
John currently lives in Sag Harbor where he has had a home for over 15 years. John is an active member of his community, volunteering at summer camps and coaching little league. John is also part owner of SagTown Coffee Montauk.
