Rita Narizzano works in partnership with her husband, Saunders broker Darius Narizzano. Born in Nebraska, college brought Rita to the East Coast in the late 1980s, where she earned a degree in graphic design. She is also a certified teaching assistant, and she worked extensively in early childhood education while raising two sons with her husband. Rita's job as a personal assistant for a high-profile philanthropist in NYC and the Hamptons sharpened her skills in communication, which serve her well in her real estate practice. She is an attentive listener, and customers and clients appreciate her friendly and always professional demeanor and discretion. With her graphic design skills Rita provides valuable insight when deciding on layouts and photos for property brochures; she injects a unique perspective and creative edge. Rita uses graphic design programs to create Comparative Market Analysis (comp) Maps for listing presentations and other needs. Her visual acuity is also helpful in staging properties.

Rita helps Darius manage their business and social media. She enjoys the challenge of finding properties to fit each customer's particular needs. When showcasing a home's particular attributes Rita can also suggest simple improvements that may help the seller improve the listing's appearance for better showings.

What Rita loves most about the Hamptons is the natural beauty, culture and laid-back lifestyle here. There is a wonderful sense of community, she says.
