A lifetime resident of Amagansett, James has seen the Hamptons transform from a collection of small villages, quaint hamlets and homes, fishermen and farmers into a world class resort, summer social scene and and vacation destination. Over the course of his 35-year career in sales, James has been involved in many aspects of the real estate business. He has bought and sold several homes as investments, and has also purchased homes and completely renovated them for resale. In addition, he has for over 30 years handled commercial rentals, and is well versed in the complexities of leases. Currently James is involved in the total renovation of a small apartment complex in West Palm Beach, Florida, located in a historic district, which involves an additional set of guidelines and restrictions. The first-hand knowledge James has gained from such diverse personal involvement is invaluable to his customers and clients.
Outside the office, James enjoys the beach and boating with his family, and has navigated the waters from Nantucket to Florida. Mountain biking is another favorite activity.
