Aimee's clients and customers include C-level executives from Wall Street and other professions, as well as celebrities and media personalities who value her knowledge, integrity and professionalism. With exceptional communication skills and a buttoned-up approach to every deal, she is highly skilled in the art of the negotiation process. Aimee is also considered a valuable resource for recommending the best surveyors, land use experts, expediters, appraisers, home engineers, and attorneys who know local zoning requirements to ensure that the most complicated deal is handled seamlessly. Understanding the nuances of buying and selling waterfront homes, especially on Dune Road, is a specialty.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Aimee wrote about real estate and the homes of well-known residents in the At Home With column she originated for the Southampton Press. Her home-related stories for Newsday also appeared it the Los Angeles Times and the Chicago Tribune. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Boston University and an accredited public relations executive, Aimee's earlier career--spanning from Boston to New Mexico and Connecticut--also included working for a Fortune 500 scientific company, major hotels, and a top advertising agency. A love of summering in the Hamptons in her youth drew her back to this area in 1997. Prior to joining Saunders & Associates in 2016, she was the lead broker on a top real estate team at another brokerage.
A firm believer in giving back to the local community, Aimee serves on the board of directors of the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center and is involved in the fundraising and planning efforts of the Westhampton Beach St. Patrick's Day Parade and the Quogue Wildlife Refuge. Aimee also serves on the Board of Directors of the Westhampton Rotary Club and was named the Club's 2018 Rotarian of the Year and was given the Paul Harris Fellow Award, the highest award an individual rotarian can receive.
