Michelle joined Saunders & Associates after several successful years of selling real estate in New York City. One day it occurred to her that she was actually a serial renovator so she decided to turn her passion into a career by purchasing estate condition apartments and reconfiguring them into updated luxury homes. When she moved out east full-time, she translated that experience to building high-end custom homes in the Hamptons. Her recent spec house was seen in Hamptons Cottages & Garden's Architecture Issue.

Michelle's personal knowledge of local building codes and requirements is an asset to everyone she works with. Likewise, when representing a homeowner, she knows that an inflated unachievable selling price is not in the seller's best interest because precious time is wasted, and the right buyer might just pass it up.
