Prior to entering the real estate industry, Danielle excelled in the automotive sales business, having experience working in family-owned car dealerships, where she developed strong interpersonal skills and obtained an understanding of savvy sales techniques.
Danielle became a New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in 2007 and began her real estate career as an agent at Coldwell Banker. She obtained noteworthy experience by overcoming the many obstacles brought about by the recent economic recession, which led her to become a certified short sale specialist. Danielle assisted numerous families to clients avoid the stress of foreclosure by negotiating and overseeing their short sale processes.
She joined Saunders & Associates as an Office Administrator with the grand opening of the Southampton office in 2011. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, she has served as the Southampton Assistant Manager and Lead Administrator for the company. Now, as Senior Vice President of Operations and a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, Danielle oversees company-wide administrative functions within the firm to ensure that Saunders Agents receive the highest quality of support to help manage their day-to-day business endeavors with ease. Danielle brings a diverse skill set and a positive, enthusiastic outlook to her involvement in the management of Saunders' five offices.

In addition, Danielle has been appointed as a member of the Hamptons Real Estate Association Administrative Subcommittee, an independent non profit organization committed to promoting and upholding the best practices and standards for HREA participants.
Outside of the office, Danielle loves to travel, enjoys riding her motorcycle with friends, and spending time with her family. An avid animal lover and activist, she proudly supports The Southampton Town Animal Shelter, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, ARF – Animal Rescue Fund of The Hamptons, The Evelyn Alexander Wildlife Rescue Center in Hampton Bays, and The Humane Society.
