Real Estate Agent
First and foremost, Patty is a proud mother and wife—her husband is a practicing physician at NYU in Bridgehampton; her son is a graduate of Notre Dame University and a medical student at Vanderbilt University. Her daughter is on the golf team at Washington University in St. Louis—family is the driving force in her life and career. Patty is grateful for the life she lives and loves the Hamptons, loves real estate, and brings passion to everything she does as an agent.

Family is my world and what I value the most. I love being a mom, and having my family around me is when I am truly the happiest. I truly believe that my energy and integrity are the keys to my successes in life and real estate.

Having lived in the Hamptons since 1996, Patty has been through it all—renting, buying, building, and renovating. This hands-on experience helps her give clients and customers clear, easy-to-understand advice on their Hamptons real estate goals. When you talk to Patty, her enthusiasm and passion for community and career are always clear. Friendly, down-to-earth, and approachable, Patty understands that relationships are at the heart of all real estate transactions.

Before beginning her real estate career, Patty spent 18 years at the senior executive level in corporate sales at Glaxo Smith Kline. As an agent, Patty relies on her veteran sales experience to bring buyers and sellers together to share a win. In Saunders & Associates, Patty found a kindred spirit that encourages her drive for excellence and supports her with cutting-edge marketing resources.

Anyone who works with Patty can rely on her local expertise, boundless energy, and consistently positive attitude. Beyond real estate, Patty knows what makes the East End such a special place and spends much of her time cooking, entertaining, gardening, and exercising. She is co-chair of the Spring Fling for the Parrish Art Museum, raising money for children's programs and patients with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. Connecting her to the vibrant Hamptons community of artists and patrons, she supports the Lustgarten Foundation, Breast Cancer Research Foundation (she is a breast cancer survivor), Wounded Warrior Project, and Project ALS.

From the best beaches, cultural opportunities, shopping, and dining—Patty is there to help her clients and customers enjoy the Hamptons to the max.
