Real Estate Agent
Team

Krae Van Sickle and Lylla Carter have been partners for 20 years. They understand that real estate involves major personal decisions and significant assets and they provide a standard of care and competence that reflects the value of those decisions. They listen carefully to understand people's objectives and then adopt those goals as their own. They communicate to let customers and clients know what they are doing on their behalf. Krae and Lylla use the latest information technology, share their market experience, strategies and advice so buyers and sellers have the best information when making important choices. They know their business is built on trust. The majority of their listings and sales are the result of referrals from customers and clients whose trust they have earned.

Experience

Together, Krae Van Sickle and Lylla Carter have 40 + years of real estate experience. This includes development in NYC, Boston and Chicago in the 1980s; as Senior Managing Director for the Corcoran Group and before that Allan Schneider Associates; negotiating many hundreds of transactions of their own and on behalf of agents during their years in management, and participating in the conservation of hundreds of acres of land on the East End of Long Island. They are among the top 1% of agents in the U.S. as listed by the Wall Street Journal.

From Southampton to Montauk

Lylla works out of the Saunders office in Southampton where she has been a longtime resident. Krae was based in East Hampton prior to managing offices in Amagansett and Montauk and is now based in Bridgehampton. Their scope of business and market knowledge from Southampton to Montauk is unique. This is illustrated by the record sales they have achieved throughout the Hamptons.

The Difference

If you look at what they have sold the special nature of the places Krae and Lylla deal with is immediately apparent. This is because they recognize the core reason why people want to live in the Hamptons. People care deeply about the particulars of the property itself, but what motivates them initially are the extrinsic, experiential aspects associated with owning a property in the Hamptons -- the recreational, cultural and lifestyle experiences, the natural environment, having a sanctuary where one can relax, celebrate, rejuvenate, luxuriate right at home or just out the door. The most powerful message Krae and Lylla communicate comes from what they experience living here themselves.
