After graduating from St. Francis University in Pennsylvania and continuing his studies at N.Y.U.'s Real Estate Institute, Kevin joined one of the largest real estate companies in the country, Helmsley Spear, LLC. He worked at the iconic Empire State Building among other properties as a leasing agent, rising to vice president of the firm. He continued his distinguished career as a managing director for another real estate family in New York.
By the 1980s Kevin had also begun buying, selling and leasing properties of his own in Manhattan, Queens, Aspen and Sag Harbor. Having summered in the Hamptons since he was young, Kevin decided to make the move full-time to the East End in 1995. What he terms his "midlife correction" turned into a bright career path in Hamptons real estate.
Kevin's extensive business knowledge and keen sense of people's motivations and expectations position him as a trusted broker who inspires confidence in his deals. His market knowledge of inventory and its history, as well as a broad perspective on market trends, make him a sage advisor for customers and clients. Kevin has deep roots in the local building and conservation community that help him guide customers to understand a property's true potential.
For sellers, Kevin comes in with a discerning eye on how to properly present a home to maximize its sale potential through marketing and showings. Sellers respond to his personal communication and honest assessments. Kevin's love for the East End also continues in his volunteer outreach to help the less fortunate in the community.
