With her experience in all aspects of the transaction process she is able to educate her clientele to make wise investments in real estate. When listing a home, Cliffeton's interior design experience, joined with her background in professional photography and her understanding of landscape design, (which she conveniently learned on her parents' estates) expedite sales for her customers. When representing a buyer, Cliffeton is able to get a customer to visualize what can be and for how much. Her main focus is always and has always been value: Value of the land being considered for purchase and value of the structure on the land. Customers looking to buy rely on her ingenuity, understanding of building design and renovation, market insight and business savvy to secure the best home for the best price.
Prior to getting into real estate Cliffeton worked in the media political consulting business working for "some of the greats in the business" and for several years had her own public relations company, representing clients such as the USS Growler, Fasig-Tipton thoroughbred auction dealers and the Jamaican bobsled team, some of her more enjoyable projects. She is also a graduate of the Madeira School for Girls and Vassar College.
