Cliffeton has over 25 years' experience as a real-estate broker, in the Hamptons since 1991. She has also invested in properties, renovating and building from scratch, always for a profit.
With her experience in all aspects of the transaction process she is able to educate her clientele to make wise investments in real estate. When listing a home, Cliffeton's interior design experience, joined with her background in professional photography and her understanding of landscape design, (which she conveniently learned on her parents' estates) expedite sales for her customers. When representing a buyer, Cliffeton is able to get a customer to visualize what can be and for how much. Prior to getting into real estate Cliffeton worked in the media political consulting business working for "some of the greats in the business" and for several years had her own public relations company, representing clients such as the USS Growler, Fasig-Tipton thoroughbred auction dealers and the Jamaican bobsled team, some of her more enjoyable projects. She is also a graduate of the Madeira School for Girls and Vassar College.
