Noel Love began his career in 1965, working in the music industry for Motown Records as their New York Promotion Director. In this capacity he was responsible for achieving airplay for all the Motown artists on the local radio stations. Noel would make sure disc jockeys such as Bruce Morrow (aka Cousin Brucie), Gary Stevens, Dan Ingram, Harry Harrison and Frankie Crocker would give maximum airplay to all of the Motown artists including the Supremes, Four Tops, Temptations, Marvin Gaye, Smokey Robinson and The Miracles, Stevie Wonder, and Gladys Knight and the Pips to name a few. In addition to achieving airplay at the local stations, Noel was also responsible for bringing all local music people to their live engagements, including at the then-famous Copacabana. Over the years he developed a very close relationship with the Motown artists, which he maintains to this day. When Noel was running the American Hotel just a few years ago he was reunited with Diana Ross, who was spending a weekend in the Hamptons.

In 1972 Noel was made the Vice President of Promotion for the then-unknown American company Polydor Records. He was retained to set up a national organization of promotion people across the country. Here Noel established artists such as John Mayall, Jake Holmes and Cat Mother & the All Night Newsboys (from whom Noel retained Jimi Hendrix as the producer).

Having developed a knowledge of promotion on a national scale, in 1975 Noel started his own independent national promotion company which he called Love-Rosen Promotions. This was the first national promotion company to be established, and in his first year Noel and Love-Rosen Promotions were named the 1975 Independent Promotion Company of the year by the very prestigious magazine, Billboard. It was while promoting major label artists that Noel met David Krebs. David was the manager of Aerosmith, Ted Nugent, Def Leppard, Scorpions, AC/DC and Metallica, among many other clients. Noel was brought in as General Manager of Krebs' management company, Contemporary Communications, and was responsible for promotion of these artists. He was also in charge of coordinating all aspects of the artists' careers, including recording schedules, tour schedules, sales and video production, with their individual record companies.

In 1993 Noel moved to the Hamptons, where he has resided ever since. Noel started in the Hamptons managing restaurants (including Le Chef, Bobby Van's and the American Hotel) where he met many of his future real estate customers. He began his real estate career in 1995. In 1998 he was recruited from American Hotel by the president of Brown Harris Stevens of the Hamptons, Peter Turino. During his years with Brown Harris Stevens Noel was involved with over $250 million worth of transactions. Since joining Saunders & Associates Noel has doubled his business.

Noel lives on the water in Sag Harbor, which keeps him very well focused on his goals in life. He has come to love sailing and entertaining friends at his beachfront home on Noyac Bay.
